Please Read Carefully

• Once you submit your request of appointment, you will receive a confirmation Email. If you don't get confirmation email, please text me.
• GST (5%) will be applied to prices.
• Accept payment : Cash , Debit, Credit cards. No E-transfer payment at appointment.
• Recommend a week in advance to book appointments.
• It requires NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT to book with me if you are NEW CLIENTS, BROW APPOINTMENTS, TATTOO, LASH TRAINING or ALL NEW SET appointments includes returning clients.

*Rescheduling/Cancellation

• If you need to reschedule your appointment, you can change by yourself from your confirmation email you will receive after booking if it is within 48hours before your original appointment.
• Within 48 hours to your appointment, please text/call me directly. There will be charged 50% of original appointment price. For new set, the deposit will be taken and charged rest before you rebook. YOU will have to resubmit new deposit to book new appointment. (Except symptoms of COVID-19 or Any sickness)

No Show appointment

• For Any NO-SHOW appointments, I'll be charging 100% of price of your appointment type.

*Late Appointments*

• the service time will be reduced accordingly, and you will be required to pay the full price. Please let me know if you will be late for your appointment before your schedule time. It will be automatically considered as "No show appointment" for any appointments 15 mins late.
